We arrived in Lund, a tiny fishing village at the end of the Sunshine Coast Highway. Lund is at mile marker 0 of Highway 101, one of the worlds longest highways. It is a quaint town full of flowers, smells of fresh pastries, and locally grown produce.

After leaving Lund we arrived at Dent Island Resort. The resort was a unique upscale, full-service marina and restaurant, so different from any of the other places. The restaurant is five star and the food is delicious. The best part of Dent island was the family that ran the place, they were the nicest people and made us feel so welcome. Everyone who worked on the island stayed in little cottages on the island and were all super sweet and helpful.

One of the most fun things we did was an extreme hike up Tugboat Trail. The view form the top was worth the treck. We really wished we had more time on this beautiful little island.
